Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of our BSFL processing facility operations. This role requires expertise in biotechnology processes, manufacturing operations, and sustainable production methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

BSFL Production Management

Bioconversion Process Oversight:

·   Manage the complete BSFL lifecycle from egg hatching to larval harvesting and processing

·   Oversee breeding unit operations including adult fly mating, egg production, and larvae nursery management

·   Monitor and optimize waste pre-processing operations including organic waste sorting, grinding, and formulation
