• Information, intelligence and customer/network advice
o Establishment of identification certificates for the import of vehicles (total or partial)
o Order and send of original or duplicate Certificates of Conformity (COC) for the export of vehicles as well as COC Specimens
o Preparation of various certificates (rectification of vehicle registration documents, certificates of origin, etc.)
o Study of requests for specific modifications and establishment of corresponding conversion authorizations (extension of overhangs, vehicle fittings, etc.)
• Network Support
o Preparation of documents for conversion into a company vehicle or conversion into a private vehicle
o Dissemination of homologation data to enable the registration of new vehicles (sending of reports from the Mines, and updating of computer systems)
o Sending descriptive records
o Ordering and shipping of manufacturer's plates
o Processing of applications from the client website
o Troubleshooting Vehicle Registration Blockages/Issues
• Administrative
o Verification and transmission of payments to client accounting
o Inserting and Tracking Invoicing in SAP
o Archiving of requests and follow-up via an Access database
o Archiving and filing of descriptive records and other licensing documents
Qualifications: ▪ Technical and/or administrative profile
Experience: ▪ Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
