Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Executive with strong expertise in project documentation and office accounts. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), financial documentation, and business presentations, while supporting the team in project execution and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, maintain, and manage project documentation and client deliverables.
- Draft, edit, and finalize Detailed Project Reports (DPRs).
- Handle office accounts and bookkeeping activities using Tally.
- Prepare professional presentations, MIS reports, and data analysis using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for data gathering, verification, and reporting.
- Maintain accuracy, compliance, and high-quality documentation standards.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce, Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of Experience in project documentation, DPR preparation, and accounts handling.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis)
- MS Word, MS PowerPoint (Professional presentation preparation)
- Tally (Office Accounts & Bookkeeping)
- DPR (Detailed Project Report) preparation experience is mandatory
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of independent work.
