The Business Analyst will work with Moody's Credit Risk team of UK Based Investement Bank and work collaboratively with Country Finance, Treasury, Group Liquidity Regulatory reporting and BAU teams to understand requirements and articulate them within the Business and data requirements document

- • To act as a business solution owner of the projects' target state and support analysis included in relevant concept and methodology papers required for preparation of BRDs

- • To review test cases ensuring completeness of UAT coverage
- • To monitor any gaps / defects identified, and work with Technology counterparts to track progress and ensure resolution
Mandatory Skills Description:
- • 6-12 years of functional experience in Credit Risk, Capital risk, regulatory reporting change Management roles
- • Good understanding of financial & capital markets domain with sound knowledge of products like equities, fixed income, derivatives, forex etc.

**Process Improvement and Documentation**

**Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement**

**Testing and Training**
- Develop and execute functional test cases; support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Ensure transparent communication across project phases, providing regular status updates and insights.
**Basic Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of experience in with EDI X12 transactions and integration
- 5+ years of professional experience in business and systems analysis across varied environments.
- Strong skills in modeling techniques (UML, use case, activity diagrams) and familiarity with requirements management tools.
- Proficiency in Scrum and Agile frameworks, with a focus on analysis methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, able to present and facilitate confidently.
**Preferred:**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of Experience with Microsoft applications like Visio, Project, and tools like SQL, Power BI.
