•Scope of Work: Full vehicle crash simulations &/ Durability load case simulations
•Education Requirements: Bachelors/ master’s in mechanical/ Automobile/ Industrial Engineering
•Required Skills & Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Automobile Engineering.
•3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Meshing, Module build for Crash &/ Durability, High speed crash analysis &/ Durability analysis
•Strong understanding of BIW manufacturing processes such as stamping, spot welding, Assembly, Material models and Physics of Crash &/Durability
•Proficiency in ANSA as preprocessor, LS Dyna for Crash load case &/ Abacus for Durability evaluation , Animator/Hyper works for postprocessing
•Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
•Ability to work deliver the FE model set up to load case Analysis report independently or with minimal support.
