**Responsibilities**
+ Lead enforcement and operations management for YouTube Shopping. Set up and optimize vendor workflows, define clear processes and operational guidelines to improve efficiency.
+ Conceive of, design and drive to completion projects that result in significant workflow/process improvements.
+ Review graphic, controversial and offensive video content in-line with YouTube's community guidelines.
+ Design and implement performance metrics, analyze operational data for insights, and proactively address gaps to drive efficiency process improvements and automation. Handle escalations with fast turn-around time to define the best plan and provide timely updates to executives.
+ Partner with teams across product, business analysts, vendor operations and engineering to solve complex problems and drive innovations. Proactively identify automation and efficiency opportunities using data driven strategies.
