Position: Senior Dynamics CRM Developer
Location: 100% Remote
Required Skills
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
C# .NET Development
CRM configuration & administration (roles, profiles, workflows, approvals, validations, groups, security rules, etc.)
Strong knowledge of CRM design & development best practices
Agile methodology experience
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day CRM operations and support
Develop & maintain CRM workflows and troubleshoot issues
Monitor CRM integrations, data feeds, imports
Support end users with best practices and training
Build and maintain custom reports & dashboards
Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 & ARIA standards
Contribute to system scalability, security, performance, and reliability
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Computer Science / related field (or equivalent work experience)
10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM
CRM certification preferred
Strong experience in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
Hands-on expertise in software design, coding, debugging, and documentation
Knowledge of relational databases and integration tools
Strong problem-solving & business analysis skills
