- Support and work with various department stakeholders to review and collect reporting requirements through workshops, interviews, document analyses, surveys, use cases, business process descriptions and workflow analysis.
- Identify, analyze and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets, drawing insights that will aid the business in data-driven decisions.
- Validate, interpret, create analyses and present results to department heads and relevant stakeholders with clarity and conviction.
- Implement analytical models into production and operationalize by collaborating with product engineering teams and application support teams in an agile/devops model.

Qualification:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Math, Business Administration, or any other related field. An equivalent of this requirement in working experience is also acceptable for the position.

Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and communicate updates on build out of analytical solutions.
- Build rich datasets, reports, and dashboards for various stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or HS diploma with minimum 2 years of related experience required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an applied analytical role required.
- Prior experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Dynamics preferred.
- Prior experience with Snowflake preferred.
- MS Office advanced knowledge specifically Excel (pivot tables, logic functions, lookups and complex formulas).
- Experience with SQL reporting and/or tabular data.
- Familiarity with survey methodology and collection tools.
- Demonstrable experience using data wrangling software like PowerBI or Tableau.
- Professional experience in a common statistical or data science tool such as R, Python, Azure Cognitive Services preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
