**Your Experience and Qualifications**
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
+ Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, project management, or a related field. Experience in Data Delivery, AI andDataOpsis highly desirable.
+ Cloud Platform and Technical Skills: Experience in one or more cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS and Databricks is highly recommended.Proficiencyin data management tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, ETL processes), and familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
+ Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Proficiencyin Scrum is essential.
+ Communication and Problem Solving: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Have strong problem-solvingskill, with the ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions.

  • Resourcing – work with workstream leads to understand resource requirements ensuring relevant stakeholders are aware of demand for each of their teams
  • Change Delivery – monitor individual workstream performance against the plan, challenge slippage and help define and implement mitigations
  • Risk and issue management – review the risks and issues experienced by the workstream leads and escalate as needed to the Project Sponsor and / or Steering Committee
  • Governance – facilitate relevant governance forums and the distribution and closure of relevant actions and decisions
  • Stakeholder management – Establish strong working relationships with different stakeholder groups (including Senior Leadership, Project Managers, Change Managers, BAU owners, external 3rd parties and Collinson International Ltd leadership team and Board)
  • Team leadership – oversee the work of the Workstream Leads
  • Reporting – collate reports from Workstream Leads to build a view of programme progress (e.g. status against plan & next steps). Consolidate this to report up to the Programme Manager / Project Sponsor / Transformation Management Office as applicable.



Personal Requirements of the Role: (Knowledge and Experience e.g. qualifications, technical knowledge )


Educated to degree level

Previous experience as a Project Manager with minimum 8-10 years delivery record

Previous experience of managing projects within: (technology/finance/legal/operations/HR/marketing) organisations - will pick one of the bracket functions depending on the area of search


Previous experience of running projects using both Agile and Waterfall methods

External certifications in Project Management desirable but not essential (e.g. Prince2 or APM)

  • Manages issues and changes to the scope of the project.

Required Skills

  • 10 - 12 years or more experience of being dedicated, full-time Project Manager of teams 10+.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • A working knowledge of pharmaceutical, special pharmacy, patient services or related industries
  • Service Line: Pharma / Biotech; Patient Support Program
  • Knowledge of Drug development is a must
  • A self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, a polished executive presence, and the ability to influence, including with members of C-suite client stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. Strong proficiency in Excel a plus.
  • Working experience with European/USA clients.
  • Advanced level of skills in Salesforce / Hubspot.

Job Profile: Delivery Manager eCommerce


The Delivery Manager eCommerce plays a pivotal role in ensuring the right team capacity, quality, and operational efficiency within the eCommerce technology domain. The delivery manager serves as a critical enabler of value delivery by aligning talent, resources, and processes to the needs of the business and project delivery. Furthermore, this person proactively removes impediments, ensures roadmap execution, and fosters a culture of ownership, transparency, and data-driven improvement, all with the goal of building and sustaining high-performing teams.

We are looking for a highly proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership, who consistently delivers on agreed timelines and uses data to drive decisions and improvements. As the hierarchical manager of technical professionals, the DM is expected to possess sufficient technical understanding to guide, assess, and improve team performance effectively.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive capacity planning and delivery alignment with Lead Product Owner, Business owners and Product Owners for upcoming roadmaps.
  • Define and monitor clear performance goals and KPIs for technical team members, using data to track progress and enable targeted improvements.
  • Ensure timely hiring and onboarding of internal and partner resources with the right skill sets.
  • Define and drive the future sourcing strategy, including decisions on internal vs. external staffing, role-specific sourcing models, and partner setup (e.g. single vs. multi-vendor), based on long-term delivery needs and capability building.
  • Monitor and report on delivery progress, escalating risks and proposing solutions proactively.
  • Act as hierarchical manager for (internal + external) team members, conducting regular evaluations and fostering growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with delivery partners, evaluating their quality and value regularly.
  • Foster a data-driven culture to guide decisions, surface issues early, and continuously improve team performance.
  • Identify and eliminate delivery impediments so that projects are delivered according to timelines, quality and budget.
  • Ensure Agile ceremonies are valuable and continuously improved.


Required Skills and Experience


  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in a delivery/sourcing management
  • Proven experience leading large (20+ people), cross-functional development teams in a fast-paced eCommerce or digital environment.
  • High ownership mindset, strong proactivity, and follow-through on commitments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • General knowledge of technology stacks relevant to eCommerce (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, ESB, Zendesk, Salsify) and the ability to engage effectively with engineers, architects, and developers as their hierarchical manager.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration platforms.
  • Agile Certifications (e.g. CSM, SA, PSPO) are a plus.
  • Has worked before in product-based companies.
