Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with international vendors and forwarders for timely and accurate import operations.
- Manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders in alignment with company policies.
- Track and monitor shipment schedules, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate clear communication and coordination between internal departments.
- Maintain accurate records of import activities and support audit requirements.
- Resolve issues related to delays, discrepancies, or documentation errors.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new processes, systems, and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science (B.Sc/M.Sc ) or B.Tech.
- 0–2 years of experience in import/export coordination, logistics, or related fields.
- Strong business communication skills (both written and oral).
- Proactive, quick learner with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technically sound with proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
