Responsibilities:

- Administer and support Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence) instances and associated user access privileges.

- Work on creating projects, workflows, and custom fields based on user requests.

Requirements

5+ years of Experience with administering and performing migrations on JIRA and Confluence

Good exposure to Jira Align.

Experience with development and managing Jira creating workflows, schemes, etc.

Experience with API integrations to/from Atlassian products; 

Experience installing various JIRA plug-ins such as JIRA Agile, Script Runner, etc.

Familiarity with Windows & Unix/Linux administration

Strong written and oral communications

Intro and job overview:  

The Jira Administrator will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s Jira and Confluence platforms. This person will serve as a technical point-of-contact for both Jira and Confluence and will enforce all associated best practices and standards.
