- Install, service, and repair HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems.
- Maintain air handling units (AHUs), chillers, ducting, VRV/VRF systems, and split units.
- Regularly check temperature, humidity, and air pressure levels in critical areas (ICUs, OTs, labs).

Key Responsibilities:
The candidate should the focus is on maintaining and improving HCM A%T and yield performance during the shift. All HCM stops, including those reflected in STAS codes, are closely monitored and addressed. Long stops due to mechanical or quality issues are promptly troubleshot to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production flow.
- Maintain a working knowledge of HCM sections.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills for STAS codes and capsule defects.
- Perform routine and corrective machine maintenance.
- Be able to read and write in English for effective communication and documentation.
- Ensure machines remain in good operating condition during shifts.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshoot capsule quality issues during shifts.
- Conduct short maintenance tasks during dish-wash cycles.
- Perform capsule length checks and accurately record data in the GMS system.
- Support Day Mechanics with size changes, preventive maintenance (PMs), and automatic maintenance activities.
- Carry out tasks as directed by the Shift In-charge or HCM Supervisor.
- Complete all required documentation as per standard procedures.
- Comply with EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) and GMP/GDP (Good Manufacturing/Documentation Practices) guidelines at all times.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum ITI (Mechanical) education would be preferred.
- 2-6 Years in HCM maintenance.
- Trouble shooting skills for STAS codes & Capsule defects.
- Machine Maintenance Skills.
