Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement creative, seasonal, and signature cocktail menus.
  • Source and curate a diverse selection of high-quality spirits, liqueurs, wines, and artisanal ingredients.
  • Train and mentor bar staff on mixology techniques, beverage knowledge, and exceptional customer service standards.
  • Develop and conduct tasting sessions and educational programs for staff and guests.
  • Maintain strict inventory control, manage ordering, and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Engage with guests, providing personalized recommendations and creating memorable experiences.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop beverage pairings.
