- Change Control Activities (Initiation, Action plan completion and final CCF Closure) done in eQAMS.
- SOPs preparation and execution for Packaging Department.
- Digital proofing of artwork & approval of shade card received from vendors.
- To solve the site Technical query which is related to packing materials and support Regulatory Team for filling new products.
- Co-ordination with Planning/ QA/ QC/ Purchase/ Production/ F&D/Regulatory for any change-over or new product launch.
- Checking of Artworks and Shade Cards for labels, Primary & Secondary packing materials.
- To check mock-up & change part for different packaging configuration as per marketing requirement of development & coordination with Purchase & Production team regarding procurement of Mock-up / Change Part .
- To Develop Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Packaging Materials for new product.
- To develop new pack size as per innovator pack design & Co-ordinate with marketing team to finalize the artworks with reference to existing products.
