Position Responsibility summary:
Receive/Make calls to Patients as per the Patient care program
Patient Registration Management. From data entry to issuing the enrolment kit to all
Ensure that the given application is kept accurately, and every entry is completed on the application
Ensure that the relevant benefits are executed as per the Program scheme. Manage the entire related coordination with external parties and Patients to ensure that the benefits have been received
Patient follow-up as per program needs
Maintain Patient records and files in a safe and manageable manner
Ensure prudent and effective utilization of communication tools.
Effective channelization of Incoming mails
Manage day-to-day reporting on the Program
Client coordination if required
Qualification: Any Graduate Skills:
Good communication in English & Hindi
Experience minimum 1yr to 3yr
Must be graduate, preferably science or pharma
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
Working experience in Hospital/Healthcare / Insurance sector would be added advantage
