We are looking for a Process Associate to support our Reporting function, who will contribute to the business’s success by handling international accounts. The incumbent is expected to be a self- starter, who can work with minimal supervision, and will be working in a dynamic, fast- paced environment.


Role description and responsibility overview


  • Bookkeeping - purchase ledger and sales ledger posting
  • Bank – posting and reconciliation, Month end close and reports of business unit as per set deadlines
  • Sales – invoice raising.
  • Payments – preparation and obtaining approval for payments.
  • Month end – posting month end accruals, prepayments, inter-company and depreciation journals.


IT Systems requirements


  • Xero, Sage, Quickbooks


Candidate profile


  • CA/ACCA part-qualified or MBA/Business Graduate with a Finance background.

Role Profile: Senior Process Associate

We are looking for a Senior Process Associate to support our Reporting function, who will contribute to the business’s success by handling international accounts. The incumbent is expected to be a self- starter, who can work with minimal supervision, and will be working in a dynamic, fast- paced environment.


Reporting to the Assistant Manager, the Senior Process Associate will have responsibility for the following key areas:


Role description and responsibility overview


• Manage and oversee the invoice processing workflow

• Review payments processed by the Junior team to ensure accuracy

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and a strong success rate in payment processing • Process high-value vendor payments with precision • Proficient in payment technicalities, including ACH, FPS, SWIFT, and Wire transfers • Hands-on experience with Global Payments systems • Maintain effective vendor communication for payment-related queries and updates • Navigate and manage multiple banking systems to ensure smooth transactions • Handle bookkeeping tasks such as invoice & bank postings, and bank reconciliation • Draft and oversee payment disbursements accurately • Prepare and present daily internal reports for internal stakeholders • Efficiently monitor and manage email communications, handling both internal and external correspondences

Candidate profile

• B. Com / BBA graduate with an MBA in Finance

• Proficient in English with clear and concise communication skills

• Strong focus on internal and external client needs

• Takes initiative and demonstrates critical thinking

• Delivers on commitments with a strong sense of urgency
