Responsibilities:
●Product Positioning & Messaging
○ Craft differentiated positioning for Open’s products (AP, AR, Compliance, PG, Open Capital).
○ Build narratives that resonate with key customer segments (Enterprises, Startups, CFOs,
finance teams).
● Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
○ Develop GTM playbooks for product launches and feature rollouts.
○ Partner with Product and Growth teams to experiment and define pricing plans and launch
timelines for features/modules
● Demand Generation
○ Partner with Performance Marketing, SEO, and Content teams to design campaigns that
generate pipeline.
○ Ensure campaigns map to the right buyer personas and business use cases.
● Customer Engagement & Retention
○ Partner with the Product team to design onboarding journeys, adoption campaigns, and loyalty
programs.
○ Drive product engagement, email nurture, and lifecycle marketing to boost retention.
○ Build customer feedback loops to influence product roadmap
○ Improve product usage and retention
● Sales Enablement
○ Create sales collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, ROI calculators).
○ Train sales teams on product positioning, buyer personas, and objection handling.
● Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
○ Conduct customer, market, and competitor research to guide product strategy.
○ Build competitive battlecards and update stakeholders regularly.
● Customer Voice & Advocacy
○ Gather customer insights, case studies, and testimonials.
○ Work with Customer Success to drive adoption, retention, and cross-sell opportunities.
● Analytics & Reporting
○ Define KPIs for product marketing success (adoption, pipeline influence, win rates).
○ Track and report impact of marketing initiatives on product growth.
● Thought Leadership & Content
○ Collaborate with founders, PR, and content writers to establish Open as a fintech thought leader.
○ Drive product-led storytelling (blogs, webinars, industry reports)
Requirements
● 5–7 years of experience in Product Marketing (preferably B2B SaaS/Fintech).
● MBA Graduate or equivalent
● Strong background in GTM strategy, positioning, and messaging.
● Experience working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
● Excellent communication & storytelling skills (written + verbal)
● Analytical mindset - ability to measure and communicate product marketing ROI.
● Familiarity with fintech or financial SaaS markets is a plus.
