Organise, Lead and drvie ESS CUBE product strategy

Decision making of product requirments, prorities, addressing customer topics. Plan and drive all scrum activities and releases for ESS CUBE.

  • Be responsible for applications in scope, from ideation and strategy through continuous value management to retirement, with responsibility for the full life cycle of the apps, including value delivery model. Participate in external vendor technical roadmap sessions. Ensure Nestlé requirements are met through vendors' long-term roadmaps.
  • Run user community engagement initiatives and seek for continuous application related feedbacks.
  • Keep high standards in application delivery objectives and comply with broader IT mission statement.

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably computer science or field related to the product
  • Demonstrated experience in a product based IS/IT organization
  • 5+ years' experience in IS/IT (e.g. Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, etc.)
  • Extensive experience in Application Development Lifecyle
  • Strong experience in HR IT technologies with a focus on SuccessFactors, SAP PY, Integrations to other systems
  • Deep understanding of API's & integration, consumer research and UI/UX
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
  • Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies and processing environments
  • Strong interest in technology evolutions
  • Proven track record of implementing DevSecOps in IT Products
  • High tolerance to stress with result orientation
  • Ability to drive mission-based teams and leadership attitude

About the Role

  • Objective: Build an analytics dashboard to meet upcoming German regulatory requirements, providing early alerts using both internal and external data sources.

  • Key Activities:

  • Work with external partners (S&P, Moody's) and internal teams to process stock and transactional data.
  • Generate insights from documents such as credit research reports.
  • Build dashboards from scratch using technologies like Java, React, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.

  • Profile Requirements:

  • Product Owners with 7–10 years of experience (one senior resource ~12 years).
  • Strong technical understanding with ability to interact effectively with both business (banking/credit) and technical teams.
  • Banking domain/corporate credit experience is critical.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
