**Job Description**
**What You'll Do:**
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test suites for Android and iOS mobile applications using Appium.
- Execute test cases in parallel across multiple devices using real device clouds or device farms (e.g., BrowserStack, AWS Device Farm).
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and deliver robust, scalable test automation solutions.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
- Monitor, debug, and triage automation test failures, working closely with developers to uphold quality standards.
- Leverage tools like Charles Proxy, Android Studio, Xcode, and Firebase for debugging and performance monitoring.
- Maintain test environments and contribute to test data and configuration management.
- Participate in code reviews and help improve overall test coverage and automation strategy.
- Engage in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, contributing from a QA perspective.
- Log, track, and manage bugs and tasks using Jira; ensure timely resolution and proper documentation.
- Analyze test results, report issues, and validate bug fixes.
**What Makes You Qualified?**
- 1-4 years of experience in software test automation, with a strong focus on mobile automation.
- Proven expertise in Appium, with hands-on experience automating both Android and iOS applications.
- Experience with parallel test execution on real devices or emulators/simulators.
- Practical experience with device farms such as AWS Device Farm, BrowserStack, or Firebase Test Lab.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and integrating automated tests into pipelines.
- Experience using proxy tools like Charles Proxy or Fiddler for debugging network traffic.
- Solid understanding of Android Studio, Xcode, and Firebase for app builds and crash analytics.

**Job Description**
**What You'll Do**
As a Software development engineer in test :
- You create the necessary automation library and framework as required and build automation test.
- You ensure the health of the platform by putting the necessary checks and balances where ever is appropriate.
- You are also responsible for driving meetings and new initiatives and innovation.
- You participate in all day-to-day QA tasks.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ship high-quality releases
- Encourage and drive initiatives which promote innovation and technical excellence
- Constantly look for improvements in software development and testing processes
**What Makes You Qualified**
- B.E/B.Tech in CS/IT or any equivalent
- Experience of 2+ years in JAVA
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- ISTQB certification is a big plus
- Testing of any SaaS products and clear understanding of architecture and design across all systems.
Experience in any of Databases such as MySQL, MongoDB is a plus
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms and good object-oriented design and coding skills.
- Understanding with Test Cycle Management tools like JIRA or relevant
- Test strategy formulation will include decomposing the business and technical requirements into test case scenarios, defining test data requirements, managing test case creation, devising contingencies plans and other preparation activities.
- Testing experience of Micro-services hosted platform

Description

What You’ll Do:

• Understanding of Voice domain, Experience in network protocols like SIP, VOIP, WebRTC , Network Interruption testing, java , selenium, automation testing, api testing

• You create the necessary automation library and framework as required and build automation test.

• You ensure the health of the platform by putting the necessary checks and balances where ever is appropriate.

• You are also responsible for driving meetings and new initiatives and innovation.

• You participate in all day-to-day QA tasks.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ship high-quality releases

• Encourage and drive initiatives which promote innovation and technical excellence

• Constantly look for improvements in software development and testing processes

What Makes You Qualified:

• B.E/B.Tech in CS/IT or any equivalent

• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

• ISTQB certification is a big plus

• Strong experience in Java and Selenium

• Testing of any SaaS products and clear understanding of architecture and design across all systems.

• Experience in any of Databases such as MySQL, MongoDB is a plus

• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms and good object-oriented design and coding skills.

• Understanding with Test Cycle Management tools like JIRA or relevant

• Test strategy formulation will include decomposing the business and technical requirements into test case scenarios, defining test data requirements, managing test case creation, devising contingencies plans and other preparation activities.

• Testing experience of Micro-services hosted platform

• Exposure to various development & testing tools such as Git/Jenkins/Bitbucket

• AWS, Azure & Google Cloud Concepts

• Basic Unix commands.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with frequent production releases.

• Understanding of performance and efficiency with a strong customer focus.

• Work cross-functionally to collaborate with designers and developers

• Be empathetic towards customers and appreciate the user's experience

**Job Description**
What You'll Do
+ Conduct manual and automated accessibility testing on web/mobile applications using tools such as Axe, Lighthouse, NVDA, VoiceOver, JAWS, TalkBack, and others.
+ Validate conformance against WCAG 2.1/2.2, Section 508, European Accessibility Act, and other relevant standards.
+ Partner with designers, developers, and product managers to identify accessibility issues early and advocate for inclusive design.
+ Document accessibility bugs clearly with reproducible steps, severity levels, and remediation recommendations.
+ Participate in VPAT and Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) preparation for enterprise and public- sector clients.
+ Drive accessibility awareness through training, reviews, and process improvements across the engineering team.
+ Assist in integrating accessibility checks into the CI/CD pipeline and test automation suite.
+ Stay updated on evolving accessibility regulations, assistive technologies, and emerging trends.
What Makes You Qualified
+ In-depth understanding of WCAG guidelines, ARIA roles, keyboard navigation, and semantic HTML.
+ Proficiency with screen readers (e.g., NVDA, VoiceOver), contrast checkers, and a11y automation tools (e.g., Axe-core, Pa11y, etc.).
+ Familiarity with development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and the impact of code on accessibility.
+ Experience creating and maintaining accessibility defect reports and working with dev teams on remediation.
+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to advocate accessibility to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira/Zephyr for test management.
+ IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) or Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) is a plus
+ Experience with automated test frameworks integrating accessibility checks (e.g., Cypress + Axe, Selenium + Axe-core) is a plus.
