We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Engineer to oversee the inspection and quality assurance processes for electrical jigs and fixtures in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure all products meet internal and customer quality standards, and support continuous improvements in the production process.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform in-process and final inspection of electrical jigs and fixtures.
Inspect electrical wiring, connections, terminal tightness, continuity, insulation
resistance, and component placements.
Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards (IEC, IS, or client
specifications).
Validate the dimensional accuracy, build quality, and functional testing of
manufactured fixtures.
Create and maintain Inspection Reports, Test Certificates, and Quality
Documentation.

Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.
Support the calibration and maintenance of testing tools and instruments.

Hands-on experience using measuring tools and electrical testing
instruments (Multimeter, Megger, HiPot Tester, Vernier, Micrometer, etc.).
Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.
Attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and good documentation habits.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOMs

- Attends any client meetings (e.g. pre-production) as necessary.

- Ensures accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high quality basic to intermediate or complex level artwork, effectively using industry standard software, tools, and print techniques.
- Performs assigned tasks within the overall Production workflow and assigned budget, according to: work order specifications, industry and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), and the client’s brand guidelines and standards.
- Ensures client project team has most current information about the status of the assigned project(s) by logging and maintaining project plan information into the project tracking system.
