**Job Description:**
+ Provide analytical support in underwriting and closing commercial real estate loans, securitizations, or affordable housing loans for our clients
+ Review, analyze, and interpret financial operating statements, rent rolls, third-party reports, tenant lease agreements, surveys, title reports, zoning reports, property insurance policies, credit reports, and other due diligence documents
+ Assist with loan closings and procure necessary closing items
+ Research, analyze, and summarize tenant-level information, including financial trends, and credit ratings
+ Research, analyze, and summarize market and submarket information, including inventory, absorption, new/proposed developments, and rent and vacancy trends
+ Extract pertinent data from appraisal, engineering, environmental, and other third-party reports
+ Write property, market, borrower/sponsor descriptions, and third-party report summaries for inclusion in credit memos and asset summary reports
+ Assist in developing value conclusions for all property types
+ Monitor loan covenants and perform quarterly reviews to ensure compliance with loan terms and conditions, identifying and addressing any potential issues promptly
+ Perform other activities as assigned by your manager
+ Provide support in the delivery of due diligence and real estate analysis for CMBS, agency multifamily, securitization, and other commercial real estate loan underwriting and debt consulting services
+ Participate in managing multiple transactions with various clients under tight deadlines

**Skillset & Qualification Requirement:**
+ Comprehensive knowledge of the U.S. Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry across all property types, including Multifamily, Office, Retail, Industrial, Lodging, and Healthcare
+ Proficiency in analyzing Property Operating Statements and Rent Rolls
+ Experience in evaluating CRE loan originations, reviewing third-party reports (appraisal, environmental, and engineering), and preparing Asset Summary Reports
+ Expertise in underwriting commercial properties through financial, lease, and rent roll analysis
+ Proven track record in end-to-end CRE Portfolio Monitoring for Commercial Banks
+ Strong knowledge in CRE Multifamily loan underwriting, including CMBS guidelines and standards, as well as covenants to protect lenders' exposure in transactions
+ Ability to perform complex tasks independently with minimal supervision
+ Strong self-learning skills and the ability to share best practices
+ Familiarity with various data sources such as REIS and CoStar
+ Ability to work independently and complete assignments within prescribed routines and standard accepted practices
+ Ability to see the big picture and implement at a high level of detail
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers
