Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the organization's Safety Management System (SMS) in accordance with ICAO standards and national regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and hazard identification programs across all operational areas.
- Investigate aviation safety incidents, accidents, and occurrences, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Develop and deliver comprehensive safety training programs to all levels of personnel.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are advantageous.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in aviation safety management, regulatory compliance, or operations.
- In-depth knowledge of ICAO Annex 19, EASA/FAA regulations, and aviation SMS principles.
- Proven experience in conducting safety investigations and implementing CAPA.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with safety management software and data analysis tools.
- Professional certifications in aviation safety (e.g., ISMS-HAZOP, SMS- Auditor) are highly desirable.
