Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Previous management experience leading teams is a must. Professional certification in health & safety (e.g., CSP, CIH CSCS, NEBOSH) highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and influence teams at all levels of the organization. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders and drive consensus. Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
