Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in agronomic research, field operations, or agricultural extension services.
- Strong knowledge of soil chemistry, soil physics, plant physiology, and crop science.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation related to agricultural research.
- Proficiency in using soil testing equipment and laboratory analysis techniques.
- Excellent observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex scientific information to farmers.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region and conduct fieldwork in various conditions.
- Familiarity with local crops, soil types, and agricultural practices in Odisha is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of GIS and remote sensing applications in agriculture is a plus.
