Role Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Sustainability Manager  to lead and manage our ambitious sustainability certification initiatives, specifically targeting Platinum-level or equivalent certifications . The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in certifications such as LEED, IGBC, WELL, WiredScore, SmartScore, BRI, WLCA, and GRESB, and possess proven expertise in commercial office projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically manage and drive all sustainability certifications, ensuring all commercial office buildings attain Platinum-level (or equivalent) status under LEED, IGBC, WELL, WiredScore, SmartScore, BRI, WLCA, and GRESB frameworks.
• Lead the certification process, including audits, documentation, compliance reviews, and coordination with external consultants and certification bodies.
• Collaborate proactively with internal and external stakeholders—including architects, engineers, project teams, and facility managers—to embed sustainability best practices throughout every stage of development.
• Develop, implement, and continuously update Muttha Group’s sustainability policies, standards, and frameworks, aligning them with global best practices.
• Track and report on sustainability performance, recommending innovative solutions and enhancements.
• Stay ahead of evolving sustainability trends, regulatory requirements, and industry advancements to ensure Muttha Group remains an industry leader.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of demonstrable expertise managing Platinum-level or equivalent sustainability certifications specifically in commercial office real estate projects.
• Must have hands-on experience and deep expertise with LEED, IGBC, WELL, WiredScore, SmartScore, BRI, WLCA, and GRESB certifications.
• Certifications such as LEED AP, WELL AP, IGBC AP, or related accreditation strongly preferred.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Ability to influence teams and drive sustainable innovation effectively across projects.

Sustainability Business Strategist

Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant post-MBA experience

strategies across critical areas such as circular economy, sustainable technology, clean energy,

ESG, EHS, and responsible supply chains — delivering transformative value at scale.

What You’ll Do

As a Sustainability Strategist, you’ll work with global clients to embed sustainability at the heart

of business strategy. You will:

• Design and implement sustainability-driven business strategies and transformation programs.

• Co-create value-driven models balancing economic, environmental, and social outcomes.

• Develop sustainability roadmaps and implementation plans in areas like net-zero, circularity, clean energy, and SDGs.

• Drive thought leadership and partner with global alliances (UN, WEF, WBCSD, FICCI) to

shape the responsible business agenda.

• Lead conversations on low-carbon transitions , carbon neutrality, and decarbonization

strategies.

• MBA from a Tier-1 institute with 3+ years (post-MBA) experience in strategy consulting,

Role Summary:

Employee will be accountable and responsible for conceptualizing, scheduling, planning, aligning, coordinating, executing Sustainability related agendas like Annual Sustainability report (GRI) preparation, EPR Disclosure, Product LCA, Sustainability Taskforce, Ecovadis-Platinum Rating, SBTi, Greenco-Platinum Rating, developmental agendas conceptualization and execution for “CDP” to ensure sustenance of “A” rating.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Driving Sustainability Strategy :

• Assessing, prioritizing and creating solutions to key sustainability KPI
• Teaming with process leader on development of policies and practices including management and technical standards on sustainability aspects for Galaxy group and building implementation and delivery capacities.
• Implementing multiple parts of roadmap to understand status and share & expedite the way forward for sustainability agenda.
• Building awareness & sensitization across the Group through various channels of communication.

2. Ensuring Compliance, Reporting and Documentation:

About the Vacancy

As a Sustainability Analyst at NewCold, you will join a team dedicated to driving our global energy initiatives. Your work will focus on driving energy efficiency improvements through energy modelling, including data collection, automation of data processing, and reporting through dashboarding tools such as PowerBI.
