**Required Technical and Professional Expertise:**
+ Minimum 10+ years of experience.
+ Experience in NetIQ, Novell eDirectory, Apache Directory Studio, LDAP, Active Directory, and Office 365 services.
+ Proven experience managing Identity and Access Management processes, including account provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access control.
+ In-depth understanding of directory services, authentication protocols, and IAM best practices.
+ Experience with incident response and troubleshooting within IAM systems.
+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Knowledge of Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Azure Active Directory is a plus.
+ Relevant certifications in IAM or directory services (e.g., NetIQ Certified, Microsoft Certified in Active Directory) are a plus.
+ Experience working in IDM.

• Work closely with Cloud Engineering to enable development of end to end automated platforms

Who you are? (2-3 years of experience)
● Educational Qualifications : Graduate, preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science
Consistently strong academic performance.
● Linux: Goodunderstanding of Linux Systems, Any Shell/Bash, sed/awk/grep/egrep, VI/VIM/Emacs, netstat,
lsof, strace, ps/top/atop/dstat, grub boot config & systems rescue, fstab/disk labels, ext3/ext4, IPtables,
sysstat (sar/vmstat/iostat etc), run-levels & startup scripts, sudo/chroot/chkrootkit/rkhunter.
● Windows: Windows 2000/2003/2008, NTFS chkdisk/acls etc, Troubleshoot system/application faults
using Event logs, Updates via WSUS, Terminal Services, IIS Fundamentals
● Fundamentals: Basic DNS & Networking, TCP/UDP, IP Routing, HA & Load Balancing Concepts.
● Application Protocols: SMTP,HTTP,FTP,IMAP,POP.
● Shifts: Must be willing to work in shifts (including at night and on holidays).
