**About the job:**
The Red Hat Customer Content Services team seeks a Technical Writer to join our OpenShift Virtualization product documentation team. In this role, you will be part of a team developing and delivering content promoting Red Hat's customer success. Drawing from your passion for technology and communication, you will create and be responsible for customer-facing technical documentation for Red Hat products.

**Job overview and responsibilities**
The Network Operations Technical Writer creates and maintains documentation for the organization including manuals, bulletins, checklists and alerts. These documents must comply with FAA, Company guidelines, and established industry safety standards.
