Responsible for the monitoring and management of a Revenue stream.
This high-profile position will have responsibility and/or input into processes, procedures and the management of a book of business.
Essential Functions
- Contributes to the monitoring and administrative management of Multi country deals
- Ensures that opportunities are correctly set up in IQVIA CRM (in line with contract, multi-country constraints and IQVIA policy in term of services / products and timeline), and lead the updates

- Contributes to revenue recognition and allocation (around 300 opportunities - 47 MUSD yearly)
- Contributes, working with Sales, to the management of the customer relationship (respond to customer complaints on invoices)
- Contributes to ad hoc analysis as needed to improve customer satisfaction and revenue recognition
- Coordinate operational activities with other teams to continually improve procedures and optimize them
- Define, produce, share and comment regular report on Revenue In Hand
- Contribute to analyze gap between Budget / forecast and Revenue In Hand
- Creation of alerts and review / follow up of action plans according to the problems identified
- Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Billing Center representatives

Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in global pharmacovigilance operations.
- Proven success in leading process improvement initiatives in pharmaceutical or biotech settings.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (minimum); Black Belt preferred.
- Strong understanding of global PV regulations (GVP, FDA, EMA, ICH).
Preferred:

**What does a successful Finance Analyst do at Fiserv?**

**- Partner with Onshore FP&A Team:**

- Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
- The ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and to effectively meet deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
- The candidate must manage and prioritize workloads both in a team environment and independently.
