+ Minimum of **3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations** in any of the modules such as Procurement, Inventory, OM, Planning, or PDH.
+ Proven **customer-facing** experience and ability to lead solution design and delivery discussions.
+ Strong experience in **solution delivery** , configuration, and post-go-live support.
+ Hands-on knowledge of Fusion SCM functional setup manager, configurations, and process flows.
+ Good understanding of business processes and Oracle SCM integration points.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
+ **8-20 years** of relevant experience in Oracle SCM, including at least **3-5 years** in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
+ Minimum **2 years of consulting experience** preferred.
+ Demonstrated ability to operate independently, exercising sound judgment within defined policies.
+ Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
+ Ability to build rapport with both team members and clients.
+ Willingness to travel as required for customer engagements.
+ **Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience** required.
+ Product or technical expertise relevant to Oracle SCM Cloud practice focus.
**Preferred Skills (Optional):**
+ **Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist** or **Solution Architect certification** .
+ Exposure to **OIC integrations** , **FBDI data migration** , **OTBI/BIP reporting** , and **Fusion upgrades** .
+ Experience working with global teams in distributed delivery environments.
+ Knowledge of supply chain industry best practices and process optimization.
