Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repair of heavy vehicles, including
    Hyva trucks (Ashok Leyland & Tata Motors)
    .
  • Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance, while efficiently managing spare parts inventory.
  • Monitor vehicle performance and maintain accurate maintenance records.
  • Oversee day-to-day vehicle operations, trip scheduling, and manpower management (drivers).
  • Ensure all
    seven 16-wheeler Hyva trucks
    remain fully operational on a 24-hour basis with double-driver deployment.
  • Ensure only licensed and skilled drivers are appointed.
  • Guarantee timely completion of transportation tasks through proper scheduling.
  • Prepare
    MIS reports
    , manage project documentation, and support execution of mining operations.
  • Assist in strategic planning and contribute to operational efficiency improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma / Degree in
    Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
    (B.Tech/B.E. preferred).
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience
    in heavy vehicles, transport, or mining sector.
