● Flexible Role Adaptation: Ability to step into various roles as required, providing insights, analysis, and tasks proactively.

● Enhance our cloud capability by creating and implementing cloud application patterns

● Develop and implement ways to move apps and workloads to the cloud

● Work closely with business leads and product owners to understand solution requirements and identify architectural patterns

● Write and develop cloud automation playbooks for managing and scaling containers, hosts, cloud services, and applications

● Monitor compliance of cloud resources to see if they fit industry guardrails and best practices

● Help other development and engineering teams resolve application to platform integration issues for Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service

(IaaS) services

● Research and propose solutions for AWS data transformation, data connections, operational frameworks, and application integration

● Work closely with lead architects and engineers to create and maintain architectural templates and build/operational documents

● Work with DevOps and engineering teams to develop service catalogs

● Collaboration and Communication: Accommodate early AM (7AM) EST time zone to maintain close ties with other engineering teams, DevOps and our customers to

communicate the best solutions to our customers, with experience leading software development life cycle activities through Agile, Scrum Models, and JIRA.

● End-to-End Ownership: Take comprehensive responsibility for developing architectural proposals that fit within the pre-existing architecture of our partners.

● Security, and Compliance: Ensure that our installations adhere to the highest standards of security and compliance.

● Leadership is focused on the technical aspects of the job, rather than the people management aspects.

● Experience: University Degree with at least 5+ years in AWS cloud architecting roles with a solid background in leadership. Proven track record of meeting tight schedules.

● Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated understanding of Java Spring Boot, Python etc.

● Knowledge to design relational database systems with a proven ability to diagnose and evaluate system failures and determine effectiveness of database systems

(including DML/DDL, stored procedures, Trigger etc.).

● Expertise in architecting and implementing AWS Service Offerings

● Prior experience to guide DevOps activities by setting up CI/CD pipeline integrating various tools with Jenkins to build and run Terraform jobs to create infrastructure

● Independence and Proactiveness: Demonstrated experience to operate autonomously, prioritize projects, and provide proactive insights and tasks.

● Collaborative Spirit: Effective communication skills with a focus on teamwork. Eagerness to liaise with team members and the broader organization for seamless

collaboration.

● Best Practices: Understanding of security, compliance, and best practices in the healthcare industry.

● Strong knowledge and practical experience with AWS

● Strong programming skills with experience in Webhook and API development using Node.js, Ruby, Python, Shell, and PowerShell

We are looking for  Cloud Architect   

•  Cloud Architecture  Design scalable streaming solutions using AWS services like Kinesis, Kafka, Glue, and Lambda.
•  Real-Time Integration  Ingest and process live data from multiple Siemens organizations into the data factory.
•  Data Lake Management  Build and maintain large-scale data lakes using S3, Glue, EC2, AWS Networking, HPC, and Lake Formation.
•  Optimization  Enhance pipeline performance for scalability and cost-efficiency.
•  Security & Compliance  Ensure all systems follow AWS security and compliance standards.
•  Collaboration  Work with data engineers, scientists, and developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
•  Monitoring  Set up monitoring and quickly resolve data pipeline issues.
•  Gen AI & Big Data  Knowledge of Gen AI implementation and big data architecture.

 You'd describe yourself as:  

•  Experience  10+ years of experience in cloud architecture, with a focus on AWS services.
•  Technical Skills  Proficiency in AWS services such as Kinesis, Kafka, Lambda, S3, Glue, and Lake Formation. Experience with real-time data processing and streaming architectures.
•  Programming  Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, Pyspark.
•  Problem-Solving  Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
•  Communication  Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.
•  Certifications  AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certifications are a plus.

• Hands-on Experience with programming languages such as Python mandatorily.
• Thorough understanding of AWS from a data engineering and tools standpoint. Experience in another cloud is also beneficial.
• Experience in AWS Glue, Spark, and Python with Airflow for designing and developing data pipelines. Expertise in Informatica Cloud is advantageous
• Data Modeling: Advanced/Intermediate Data Modeling skills (Master/Ref/ODS/DW/DM) to enable Analytics on the Platform.
• Traditional data warehousing and ETL skillset, including strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
• Experience with inbound and outbound integrations on the cloud platform
• Design and development of Data APIs (Python, Flask/FastAPI) to expose data on the platform
• Partner with SA to identify data inputs and related data sources, review sample data, identify gaps, and perform quality checks.
• Experience loading and querying cloud-hosted databases like Redshift, Snowflake, and BigQuery.
• Preferred - Knowledge of system-to-system integration, messaging/queuing, and managed file transfer.
• Preferred - Building and maintaining REST APIs, ensuring security and scalability
• Preferred - DevOps/DataOps: Experience with Infrastructure as Code, setting up CI/CD pipelines.
