Job Description:
- Strong experience with Tableau for building and maintaining data dashboards and visualizations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas).
- Expertise in SQL (queries, joins, subqueries, and data manipulation).
- Hands-on experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for ETL processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a strong focus on data accuracy and consistency.
- Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) for data management, reporting is a plus.

The Business Analyst, Supply Chain Management will be based in Hyderabad, India . In this position, you will report to the Manager, Process Excellence. This position plays a key role in improving supply chain efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring seamless procurement and organization operations. Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
- Drive digital transformation and supply chain automation efforts where applicable.
- Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain supply chain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metric scorecards and report cards.
- Perform market/competitors’ analysis & Logistics freight comparison analysis.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, coordination, and planning teams to support end-to-end strategy & Quarterly Business reviews.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field with (3 to 5) years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Supply chain Functions.
- Proficiency in creating BRD's, FRD's, process diagrams, and data flow documentation.
- Experience with sourcing/procurement platforms (e.G., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle SCM).
- Familiarity with Power BI for dashboard/report development.
- Working knowledge of VBA and Excel-based automation is a strong plus.
- Experience with Agile tools (e.G., JIRA, Confluence) and SDLC methodologies.

Required

- Membership and provider domain knowledge/experience is preferable, but must have claims knowledge
- FEP, ITS (Interplan Teleprocessing system)/Blue card claims and B2 application knowledge/experience is preferable
- Work experience in EHR/EMR is also considered, but must have worked or possess knowledge of claims submission to Payers
- Should have knowledge in working with all types of claim – medical, hospital, Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, Blue card/ITS etc

- Should have sound knowledge in claims testing end to end, work under minimal supervision and take complete ownership of delivery
- Sound have knowledge of current US federal and state laws with regards to healthcare governance and policies, and preferable to have PAHM/FAHM certifications or working towards certification
- Business Analysis knowledge is mandatory, and preferable to have certifications like CBA/CBAP or working towards certification
- Nice to have work exposure with agile and scrum teams
- Preferable to have basic SQL knowledge
