You will lead digital campaigns, optimize online presence, and develop high-impact content strategies.
Primary Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Optimize SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies to maximize visibility and return on investment (ROI).
- Manage multi-channel campaigns across websites, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Align digital campaigns with business objectives and ensure a consistent messaging strategy.
- Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) with a multi-channel approach.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Content & Thought Leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging content, including blogs, whitepapers, videos, infographics, and industry insights.
- Oversee the validation of all digital marketing content to ensure brand consistency and market relevance.
- Stay updated on competitive intelligence to drive industry-best outcomes.
- Represent Freyr in webinars, workshops, and industry events to strengthen brand authority.
- Take ownership of specific Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and drive their marketing roadmap.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and CRM platforms to track website health and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to refine marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing innovations to implement best practices.
Collaboration & Team Leadership
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, sales, and design, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, ensuring high-quality execution of marketing plans.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute digital strategies effectively.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6-8 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulatory sectors.
- Strong SEO, SEM, paid media, and digital campaign management expertise.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms is desirable.
- Excellent content marketing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging thought leadership content.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with central digital teams to brief, execute, and monitor paid campaigns for both JioHotstar and Star Maa.
- Ideate, execute and derive learnings on possible A/B testing for JioHotstar.
- Ensure timely delivery of creative assets, manage campaign calendars, and coordinate with on-platform teams & Digital team to optimize placements and efficiencies.
- Manage and track performance of all on-going marketing campaigns (Target Setting, Post Evals) for JioHotstar & Star Maa.
