Role Overview

As a Marketing Strategy Team Lead/Manager (Pharma Regulatory Services), you will head the marketing strategy initiatives that enhance Freyrs brand positioning, thought leadership, and demand generation within the pharmaceutical regulatory sectors and contribute to the divisions revenue goals. You will lead digital campaigns, optimize online presence, and develop high-impact content strategies.

Primary Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Optimize SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies to maximize visibility and return on investment (ROI).
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns across websites, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Align digital campaigns with business objectives and ensure a consistent messaging strategy.
  • Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) with a multi-channel approach.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to refine marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing innovations to implement best practices.

Collaboration & Team Leadership

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, sales, and design, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, ensuring high-quality execution of marketing plans.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute digital strategies effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6-8 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulatory sectors.
  • Strong SEO, SEM, paid media, and digital campaign management expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms is desirable.
