Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Associate to join our team in a blended process (voice and non-voice). The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent support to customers, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via voice and non-voice channels (calls, emails, chats).
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right methods/tools.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution.
- Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure effective issue resolution.
- Meet personal/team KPIs and customer service targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum HSC (12th pass); graduation preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and on rotational week-offs.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory (Freshers can apply).
