  • The Head of School will be responsible for the strategic, academic and administrative leadership of the school. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record in managing diversified international programmes, guiding faculty development, engaging stakeholders and ensuring the holistic growth of the school.
  • Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Lead the development and execution of the school’s vision, mission and long-term strategy.
  • Drive innovation in teaching and learning aligned with IB and Cambridge frameworks.

  • Oversee the implementation of the IB and Cambridge curricula across grade levels, as applicable.

  • Develop and enforce school policies and procedures.

    The school is based in Faridabad, and commutable from New Delhi. 

    Ideally you will have built a strong career in the UK school sector, coupled with international experience within IB and Cambridge curriculum. This is an all through school from 4-18.

    The school, part of a school group, is relatively small in student numbers with capacity to grow. Teaching and admin faculty are all local hires and number c.60.
