Key responsibilities:
You will support our IT department with various tasks and projects as an IT Intern. This role is designed to provide practical experience and exposure to different aspects of IT operations, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, and support.
Data Management of Hard disk.
Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Provide technical support to end-users both remotely and on-site.
Help with the setup and configuration of computer systems and peripherals.
Assist with the installation and maintenance of software applications.
Document and track IT issues and resolutions.
Assist with inventory management of IT equipment and supplies.
Skills:
Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
Troubleshooting hardware (PCs, laptops, peripherals)
Installing and maintaining software
Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, LAN)
Remote support tools (e.g., remote desktop)
Data backup and recovery basics
Familiarity with IT inventory management tools

About the role
The headspace National internship program offers project-based internships across a variety of departments at headspace National for young people who are looking to develop their skills and gain practical work experience. The position will be based in the Digital Technology Services team, working on the Microsoft Intune Migration project. Responsibilities will include assisting with an inventory of devices and user communication tasks, assisting with enrolling devices in Microsoft Intune, testing of some configuration profiles, identifying and investigating commonly used applications and keeping project documentation up to date.
