We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Pipeline Manager to join our Women's Wellness Company. In this pivotal role, you will drive business growth and customer engagement by managing our sales pipelines for both partnerships and memberships.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Design, customize, and optimize sales pipelines to track prospects from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a structured and efficient sales process. Experience in building pipelines as described is a plus.
  • Prospect Engagement & Outreach: Plan, launch, and optimize engagement campaigns across multiple channels, including cold outreach, warm outreach, and prospect engagement on platforms like Sales Navigator (LI SN) and Apollo.io.
  • Audience Segmentation & Personalization: Segment audiences and tailor communications to maximize engagement and conversion rates, speaking directly to the needs and interests of women in wellness.
  • Follow-Up & Re-engagement: Implement and manage lead nurturing strategies and set up automated follow-up sequences to ensure no leads are missed and to maintain ongoing engagement throughout the sales cycle.
  • Conversion Tracking & Reporting: Utilize analytics to monitor pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Generate and interpret reports to forecast sales, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform decision-making.
  • Appointment Setting: A key activity for this role, you will be responsible for setting appointments with potential partners and members.

  • Partnership Generation & Management: Proactively engage in outreach to potential partners (influencers, brands, content creators) relevant to the women's wellness space to explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Inbound Podcast Solicitation Management: Efficiently manage and follow up on inbound podcast solicitation emails, converting inquiries into strategic partnerships.
  • Social Media Leverage: Utilize social media platforms, including , Sales Navigator (LI SN), and PhantomBuster, to identify and initiate valuable partnership conversations.
  • Agreement Drafting: Draft and prepare comprehensive partnership agreements, ensuring clear terms and mutual benefit.
  • Partnership Asset Creation: Design and create compelling partnership assets using Canva, such as pitch decks and promotional materials specifically for our Wellness Business Accelerators.


Key Qualifications and Skills


  • Serious Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or Partnerships Manager. Strong experience in sales pipeline management, including cold outreach, warm outreach, follow-up, and re-engagement. Proven experience engaging prospects across various platforms, including LI SN and Apollo.io.
  • Direct Message & Email Marketing: Experience in direct message engagement and email marketing across social platforms.
  • Pipeline Building (Plus): Experience in designing and customizing sales pipelines.
  • Sales & Marketing Acumen: Deep understanding of lead generation, funnel optimization, and multi-channel marketing, with a focus on reaching women in the wellness niche.
  • Exceptional Communication: Ability to clearly explain concepts, engage prospects, and work effectively with remote teams. Fluent in English.
  • Self-Motivation & Organization: Capable of managing multiple projects/accounts simultaneously and working independently in a remote environment. Highly self-motivated with strong organizational skills, skilled in setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and using project management tools to ensure smooth remote collaboration and timely delivery.


Additional Qualifications

  • You are responsible for the commercial operations which includes supporting Sales during the bid and proposal stage as well as supporting the Project management team during the project execution stage

  • Final reconciliation of Invoices amounting to Contract value, payment receipt and commercially closing of the contract.

Profil

  • Completed university studies as a commerce graduate or comparable master’s degree
  • 7 to 8 years of professional experience in the aforementioned areas of responsibility, ideally in the field of chemical plant engineering, construction and commissioning in following areas would be preferred. Caustic Soda, , Green Hydrogen, EDC, VCM, PVC projects

Summary/Objective:

This role is responsible for managing operations support team in India and will drive the day-to-day activities for functions including order processing, documentation, invoicing, fleet management and third-party trucking, MIS, Import, regulatory affairs and customer service. This candidate will liaise with US operation team and India support team to bring strong leadership, process management, and cross-border collaboration skills.

  1. Streamline and organize information for US operations managers to ensure clarity and accessibility.
  2. Review, revise, and formalize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency, compliance, and consistency across all operations support functions.
  3. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations.
  4. Coordinate daily warehouse operations including order fulfilment, shipping schedules, inventory updates, and returns.
  5. Collaborate with distribution centres managers to streamline the process and resolve issues effectively.
  6. Track and monitor day-to-day performance metrics for distribution centres.
  7. Identify performance gaps with the India team and drive timely corrective actions.
  8. Ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness in documentation across all operational support functions.
  9. Manage relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
  10. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams.
  11. Lead, mentor, and support clearance and teams handling daily operational tasks.

Job Overview

The KYC Operations Manager is a mid-level leadership role responsible for leading and guiding a team to deliver comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight, and regulatory reporting. The key objective is to design, implement, and manage a robust internal Know Your Customer (KYC) program for a leading multinational organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage KYC operations in alignment with compliance frameworks, policies, and internal control standards.
  • Oversee Business-As-Usual (BAU) and client refresh processes, while identifying opportunities for global process migration and scalability.
  • Provide effective people management, including coaching, mentoring, and ensuring service-level standards are consistently achieved.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and senior business leaders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and business objectives.
  • Supervise client onboarding processes and implement enhancements to improve the client experience.
  • Deliver timely and accurate MIS (Management Information System) reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor daily account refresh activities to ensure documentation and regulatory standards are met.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews on onboarding and refresh cases to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update the “Book of Work” for system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.

Ensure all operational activities adhere strictly to SEBI regulations, exchange bye-laws, PMLA guidelines, and other relevant statutes.

Oversee daily operational checks to ensure compliance across all trading segments (Equity, Derivatives, Commodities, Currency).

Prepare and submit accurate and timely regulatory reports to SEBI, Exchanges (NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX), CDSL/NSDL, and other relevant bodies.

Develop, standardize, and maintain comprehensive documentation for all operational processes, workflows, and procedures (SOPs).

Ensure all operational activities are performed in accordance with documented procedures.
