Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow strategic accounts within the railway sector, focused on cybersecurity solutions
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies aligned with commercial objectives
- Build relationships with procurement, engineering, and security leaders at major railway manufacturers and integrators
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from initial engagement to close

- Monitor and respond to emerging cyber threats, compliance changes, and infrastructure projects within the rail domain
Required Experience:
- Proven experience selling cybersecurity or OT/ICS security solutions to the railway industry
- Existing relationships with Indian railway manufacturers (e.g., Alstom, Siemens Mobility, Titagarh, Texmaco, etc.)
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Working knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks (e.g., CENELEC, IEC 62443, NIS2)
- Experience in a GTM-focused sales role within a high-growth environment
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Preferred:
