**What role you will play in our team**:
Market & Sell ExxonMobil product usage at customer end with technical skills. Provide technical support for safe and efficient ExxonMobil product usage at customer end. Develop technical solution with ExxonMobil product to meet customer requirements.
**What you will do**:
- Maintain close relationship with customer and OEMs (Original Equipment and Manufacturer).
- Collaborations with business team to build and maintain deep knowledge of market trends and to gain alignment with end user requirements.
- Identify and pursue opportunities generated from cross functional market development teams.
- Travel 60-70% of your time for Marketing ExxonMobil Performance products
**About You**:
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / B. Tech with minimum 70% and above (equivalent CGPA)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in chemical Industry ( preferred from Polymer background )
- Prior work experience in plastic and resin industry, petrochemical industry, automobile industry and compounding conversion industry
- Experience in Polyethylene or PP solution development
**Preferred Qualifications/Experience**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and analytical capabilities
- Travel domestically and internationally as required
- Blown/cast Film formulation experience preferred
- Individual having experience in PE ( Polyethylene ) /PP (Polypropylene) films, BOPP (Biaxially-Oriented (BO) Polypropylene (PP))/ cPP (cast polypropylene film) conversion and flexible packaging solution development will be added advantage
- Individual having experience in master batch formulation development, compounding and molding troubleshooting will be added advantage
