+ **Knowledge Sharing & Best Practices** : Partner with Communities of Practice to foster knowledge sharing across teams, discussing best practices in software engineering, systems design, embedded software, and emerging technologies.

**Required Knowledge and Experience**
+ B-Tech/BE in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field with 20+ years of experience in Software and Systems Engineering, OR
+ ME/M-Tech with 18+ years of relevant experience.
+ **Proven track record in leading technology teams and innovation** across Cloud, IoT and software systems.
+ **Expertise in architecture governance** , with deep experience in defining and implementing software design and development frameworks.
