Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Amazon PPC Lead to own and drive all aspects of Amazon advertising for our portfolio of 3,000+ ASINs. This role is remote, preferably based in India, with quarterly travel to our Greater Chicago office. As the key driver of our advertising performance, this person will play a pivotal role in helping the company achieve ambitious sales, growth, and profitability targets. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with a proven record of scaling campaigns, maximizing returns, and aligning advertising strategy with broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full responsibility for planning, executing, and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) across 3,000+ ASINs.
- Drive advertising strategy to achieve sales growth, ROAS, ACOS, and TACOS goals while aligning with company-wide revenue targets.
- Conduct daily performance checks, identify risks/opportunities, and proactively adjust campaigns to maintain profitability and efficiency.
- Continuously recommend and refine keyword targeting, bidding strategies, ad creative, and product listings to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Develop and maintain detailed reporting dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Monitor competitor activity, category trends, and Amazon marketplace changes to capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Manage advertising budgets with precision, ensuring efficient allocation of spend to maximize returns.
- Partner with sales, product, and merchandising teams to integrate advertising insights into broader business strategies.
- Stay on the cutting edge of Amazon Advertising Console, policies, and emerging tools.
- Leverage AI-driven tools and research and adapt to new platforms to identify growth opportunities, streamline campaign management, and improve overall advertising efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- 10+ years of proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns at scale
- Experience in managing PPC campaigns for similar catalog size and ad budgets required
- Experience in jewelry, fashion, or luxury categories preferred.
- Deep expertise with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Advertising Console.
- Strong track record of scaling campaigns profitably, improving ROAS, and controlling ACOS/TACOS.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas).
- Ability to manage large-scale campaigns across thousands of SKUs with high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
