The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for marketing our bench candidates, maintaining client/vendor relationships, and driving successful placements across U.S. clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market bench candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and Citizens) to
prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients
. - Maintain active hotlist and close interaction with candidates on daily basis to build healthy relation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and candidates.
- Negotiate
rate terms
and ensure quick turnaround in submissions and closures. - Actively identify opportunities through
job boards, networking, LinkedIn, and vendor contacts
. - Track, update, and report on daily marketing activities and candidate progress.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and maintain
accurate documentation

Required Skills & Experience:
