**What you’ll be doing**
- Creating end-to-end online learning, from initial need to full concept using retention & knowledge transition methodologies appropriate to the learning generation of the audience
- Project planning and tracking as required with supply and demand e-learning creation environments
- Designing and developing graphic/image libraries appropriate to learning content
- Working with SME’s/stakeholders at all levels to produce learning objects that are fit-for-purpose, compliant and reportable
- Consulting and engaging with business stakeholders in an effective, educational and progressive way
- Conducting needs analysis, scoping digital work requests, development of full concept (content and visual design), and quality control sign-offs
- Creating, customising and distributing learner management reports as and where required
- Programming and user testing of digital/online learning components
**What you’ll need**
- Proficiency in Adobe Captivate or other authoring tools, i.e. Articulate Storyline

Digital Learning Experience Developer - Commercial Excellence Team

As a Digital Learning Experience Developer, you will be working on creating on-demand and some instructor-led learning solutions for all segments of Thomson Reuters. As part of the Sales Enablement team, you will work closely with Sales Engagement Specialist, Managers, Assistant Managers, Leads, and other Subject Matter Experts to source content or work on already sourced content.
They will work closely with the Instructional Design team taking the designs envisioned by that team to develop and then maintaining the final collateral. The content could be any mix of eLearning, Micro Learning, audio, video, animation, or other digital elements.
The developer works as part of a team containing project managers, instructional designers collaborating daily to complete tasks individually and as a group. The learning content is delivered on several learning platforms, for example MindTickle, Seismic, SharePoint and Salesforce.com. The developer could also create media for vILT delivery as needed.
Developers should be able to use existing Articulate Storyline templates to develop content as well as create new engaging interactive learning using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud suite, Rise, or Camtasia.

Quality is paramount and is expected out of all projects and tasks assigned. Maintain world-class quality standards for training content, employing the fundamental principles of instructional design.
Collaborate with different functions within the team and the overall business.
Assist with the conversion of instructor-led training scripts into on-demand learning storyboards, scripts and deliverables.
About You:

Experience and Qualification:

Purpose of the role
General Mills, Digital and Technology India, is seeking a Lead ML Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative Global Data Science team. In this role, you are a critical member of the data science group focused on leading efforts in migrating ML-based solutions from concept to production-level operational excellence. You will lead initiatives building scalable, resilient, and automated solutions in GCP (Google Cloud Platform) to ensure that models deliver on organizational objectives. You will professionally engineer solutions considering notions of risk and FMEA (failure modes and effects analysis). The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI platforms, ML model development life cycle, model management including orchestration, deployment, and monitoring, GCP Vertex AI, and a proven track record of successful AI solution delivery.
The ML Engineering capability is leveraged to fuel advanced AI/ML solutions driving decision-making for critical enterprise needs. It is also responsible for implementing and enhancing the community of practice to determine the best practices, standards, and MLOps frameworks to efficiently deliver enterprise data solutions at General Mills.
This role works in close collaboration with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Architects and other teams to support the analytic consumption needs. Enhances the performance of the models and automates the production pipelines to gain efficiency.
