Job Responsibilities
- Preparing Project/Company cash flows for getting corporate finance.
- Monitoring all the FIs' proposals & interaction with FIs for Corporate/Project Loans, sending proposals & replies to their queries.
- Handling the quarterly/annual internal/statutory audit and providing the information required for the auditors
- Preparation of project financials, collating the data for loan proposals from the internal teams.
- Coordinating with the banks / FIs for NOCs of all the projects.
- Arranging the External rating for various rating agencies for bonds and FIs funding.
- Arranging the Valuation reports and Title clearance report for Banks
- Taking an active part in meetings with Banks, Advocates, and valuators.
- Due diligence for Private Equity, Rights issue, and QIP purposes.
- Preparing and filing documents relating to loans raised with the concerned Departments.
- Computing and arranging for monthly interest payments & Principal repayments.
- Preparing quarterly & half-yearly FFRs.
- Preparing and presenting various MIS reports to the management.
- Monitoring and preparing all compliances related to the debt profile of the Group.
- Any other responsibility required as part of the corporate finance portfolio.
- Co-coordinating with the banks / Financials for balance/interest rate confirmations
- Maintenance of MIS (Loan Book, Repayment schedules, Interest Calculations etc.,)
- Co-coordinating with the advocate & valuers empanelled with banks for Legal & valuation of projects/properties
- Bank credit audit compliances.
Any other responsibility required as the part of corporate finance portfolio
