Looking for candidates with Video editing experience

Primary Responsibilities

▪ To perform 100% linear watch-through for Audio, Video, & Subtitle content for a variety of clients and formats (SD, Blu-ray, etc.) and ensure that these assets are free of any errors.

▪ To carry out menu quality testing and functionality logic testing for a variety of clients.

▪ Report and document issues found using project-related checklists and internal database.

▪ Communicating with offload units about project status, issues found, etc.

▪ Send daily updates of work to the team.

▪ Communicate and interact with the Production Manager, Authoring team, offloading units, and associated departments regarding issues related to the project.

▪ Update OMS and time tracker on a project-to-project basis.

▪ Ensure on-time and accurate completion of projects. Note: Since we are a media company, the role will require only media technical skills and you will be working on media technical operations. This role does not need any software testing or software production skills.

Qualifications Education

▪ 10+3 or equivalent

▪ Experience - Freshers

▪ Skills - Good knowledge of Office packages such as Word, Excel, etc.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Eye for detail in noticing issues, both minor and major, with respect to menu design, audio, video & subtitles and functionality logic.

- Exposure to game/software testing is a plus.

- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Premier, or other video/audio SW a plus.

- Exposure to AV equipment and other home-entertainment hardware is a plus. - Must be comfortable with a computer and in tune with the latest technologies. - Understanding of graphics, imagery and sound specifications, such as colours, resolution, audio glitches etc, a plus.

- A dedicated and well-rounded individual with the ability to work well under pressure as part of a team with tight deadlines.

- A keen interest in media and multimedia is required.

- Good eyesight and no obvious hearing defects.

- Keen interest in working with different types of software and hardware is required.

- Desire to learn new concepts and cross-train with other departments.

- An ability to learn quickly and effectively.

- Ability to solve problems under pressure.

- Good judgement and logical/analytical skills

Position Summary:

The QC Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, procedures, and systems to ensure the consistent production of high-quality products. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, particularly in the sheet metal fabrication industry, including stainless steel products.

Requirements:

- Bachelors of Engineering- Mechanical or similar; additional certification of Quality Management is plus.

- Should have proven experience as QC Engineer preferably in sheet metal fabrication industry mainly stainless steel industry.

- Knowledge of EX Proof of QAN/QAR Process

Key Responsibilities:

- To design and implement quality control processes, including inspection, testing, and documentation procedures.

- To establish and maintain a quality control system to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with other departments to integrate quality control measures into their processes.

- To analyze quality control data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve processes and address quality issues.

- Lead root cause analysis investigations to identify the underlying causes of quality issues, defects, and non-conformities in sheet metal products.

- To execute product testing activities, including conducting physical, mechanical, and functional tests on sheet metal components and assemblies. - Prepare detailed test reports, documentation, and technical summaries summarizing the results of product testing activities.

- Document test procedures, observations, findings, and recommendations for future improvement or corrective actions. Communicate test results effectively to cross-functional teams, management, and stakeholders

Authority:

- To approve or reject material/ Finished Products based on quality standards.

Special Responsibility and Authority for Ex Product and System:

- To collaborate with third-party testing laboratories and certification bodies accredited for IECEX and ATEX certification to coordinate compliance testing activities for sheet metal products.

- To Ensure that sheet metal products intended for use in explosive atmospheres are appropriately marked and labeled with Ex markings in accordance with IECEX and ATEX directives.

- To maintain accurate documentation of testing procedures, test results, and certification records for sheet metal products undergoing IECEX and ATEX compliance testing.

SUMMARY

The main mandate is to be responsible for assembling, testing and dismantling the systems produced by the company. In addition,the project technician may be required to carry out installation of the project and provide support during the integration phase .

RESPONSIBILITIES Assemble, Test, Validate ,Trouble shoot  and Disassemble both Serialised Track and Trace and non-Serialised solutions.  Conduct system performance Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) either in person or virtually  with the customer and assist the customer with all their queries during the FAT.

Prepare, maintain and review validation and compliance documentation.

Provide system training to customers if required.  Provide service on systems to determine nature and scope of a situation and take corrective action.

Active involvement in new product development ,its  trials and testing with documentation.

Promote  company products.

Based on company requirements , may have to carry out installation ,IQ/OQ , site Acceptance tests ( SAT)  and participate in engineering or sales visits.  Must be willing to work in the assembly department based on requirements.  SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Must hold a Diploma or Degree certificate in Electrical /Electronics or related disciplines or must  have at least 5+ years industrial (in Production/Quality Control or relevant departments) experience in Manufacturing Industry.

Must demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication skills in English with strong attention to detail.

Ideally  must be able to speak Konkani & Hindi Must demonstrate problem-solving skills  and have a "can-do attitude".

Must be flexible to travel to customer sites nationally and internationally.

Must hold a full, clean driving license.
