The Sales Director plays a key strategic role in driving revenue growth, leading and developing the sales team, and identifying new business opportunities. **General Responsibilities**

  • Support the sales team by taking a consultative role in supporting customers’ evaluation processes, including making architectural recommendations, troubleshooting development/configuration issues, and managing escalation to Engineering

    As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s sales strategy, managing and mentoring the sales team, and achieving ambitious growth targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to ensure that our sales efforts are aligned with the company’s broader goals. Your primary focus will be to enhance client acquisition, boost customer retention, and drive global expansion through a structured and data-driven approach.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with business objectives and targets.
    • Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process , from lead generation and qualification to closure and account management.
    • Build, scale, and mentor a high-performance sales team; set performance metrics, monitor outcomes, and provide coaching as needed.
    • Drive international sales expansion by identifying new market opportunities and adapting the sales approach to different regions and cultures.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales campaigns with marketing efforts.
    • Establish and manage sales operations , including CRM systems, forecasting, sales analytics, pipeline management, and reporting.
    • Create and deliver high-quality sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs, especially for enterprise-level and B2B engagements.
    • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in sales processes , ensuring a seamless and repeatable sales cycle.
    • Partner with product and customer success teams to ensure client feedback loops into product innovation and customer satisfaction initiatives.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as a key spokesperson.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales , with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving year-on-year revenue growth in B2B environments .
    • Demonstrated success in international sales and the ability to manage cross-border teams or clients.
    • Strong understanding of sales strategy, operations, and performance metrics .
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
    • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
    • Energetic leadership style with a collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • MBA or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related fields.
    • Experience in SaaS, tech, or high-growth startup environments.
    • Exposure to scaling sales in new geographies or launching new verticals.
