Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashik, Maharashtra for the post of Head of Sales for our company owned and managed hotel located in the city. The candidate hired for the position will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue goals, managing key accounts, overseeing the sales team, and conducting market analysis to identify new business opportunities. The role also involves establishing sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing leadership and support to the sales team to ensure the company's growth and success. The candidate will report to the VP of operations based out of Nashik.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
- Proficiency in Account Management and Team Management
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in Nashik, Maharashtra
- Experience in the same position is a must
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a must
Annual Package
Will totally depend on experience and the interview process. Annual package would be in the range of INR 850,000 to 10,25,000 plus incentives. We are however totally open to discussing this in detail during our meeting. Offered package would be based on the interview process and the value the candidate brings to the company.
About the hotel
We are a 72 key hotel located in Nashik with over 10,000 sqft of banqueting spaces with 4 F&B outlets. Other details would be given on request.
