 - Effective communication, Strategic thinking and Client management, Quality &Detail focus, Integrity, and Ethics.
 - Perform Stakeholder Management with technical organizations through daily interactions and addressing their concerns in a timely manner.
 - Ensure optimum utilization of vessel budgets.
 - You will be involved in key negotiations and Supplier Performance Management tasks.
 - Demand forecasting and volume allocation basis annual spend data.
 - Follow the 4R Principle Right price, Right Place, Right Time and Right Quantity
 - Involved in developing new suppliers basis delivery experience at respective ports to ex-pand our global coverage.
 - Must have the sense of urgency to address all pressing matters with key stakeholders.
 - Understands stakeholder management and can build rapport even in challenging situa-tions.
 - Customer focus and service mind set.
 - Preferred a broad knowledge on non-purchasing and logistics subjects, e.g., technical in-sight, vessel operations, customs rules, and regulations in the countries which our vessels trade.
 - Agile behaviors' while handling numerous tasks within limited timeframes in a structured manner with an eye for the detail level necessary.

Overview :
The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires. This role coordinates all aspects of the onboarding process, from Welcome email, contingency launch and monitoring, establishing start date, scheduling Orientation and Day 1 letter. The specialist serves as the key liaison between hiring managers, recruiters and new employees to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
 
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding phase, answering questions and guiding them through the process
 - Point of contact for all candidates in Pre-hire stage - Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes, including pre-boarding, first-day logistics and orientation
 - Select appropriate background check package based on job code, location, etc.
 - Order appropriate drug tests based on job code, location, etc.
 - Check BG and DT results, basis provide clearance.
 - Schedule start date and selecting appropriate onboarding event in My Learning
 - Update candidate profile in Workday – Ready for Hire
 - Send day 1 email to candidate, hiring manager and recruiter with instructions on where to Report, badging, I-9, Orientation, etc.
 - Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Advisor (Recruiter), Hiring Manager, and business units to ensure smooth onboarding.
 - Maintain accurate onboarding records in HR systems and update checklists, trackers, and reports as needed.
 - Support global/regional onboarding programs and initiatives as applicable.

Position Overview
Provides administrative support to HR Team. HR Operations responsibilities include managing employee life-cycle processes as well as assisting general administrative duties.  - Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
 - Provides transactional and administrative support for HR processes such as Leaves of Absence Administration, Employee life cycle data administration, Administer Separation, Administer Comp & Benefits Changes.
 - Providing support for HR Business partners and Business Leaders including but not limited to the Reporting, Data correction and updates in SAP SF
 - Managing Data Quality - Ensure that data is up to date, drive the processes, and ensure audit reports are clean & accurate in the HCM system
 - Administers new hires, changes, and separations in the organization
 - Supports the setup and administration of employee records, data warehousing, and employee file management with a high level of accuracy and discretion
