**Required Qualifications**

+ Strong experience working with multiple stakeholders is mandatory.
+ Proven experience in managing teams effectively.

    • Powder Handling System


    This role encompasses involvement from the initial sales phase to commissioning, handover, and project closeout.


    Major tasks shall include :


    • Process engineering activities for projects involving any of the KSS technologies including Membrane Filtration plants, Powder Plants & Cheddar Cheese Plants
    • Preparation of PFDs/P&IDs, Layouts and Process calculations
    • Evaluation of design inputs received from Sales and validating the same as per customer PO specifications
    • Preparation of Bill of Materials, RFQs
    • Floating RFQs to sub-vendors and evaluating the vendor offers
    • Vendor Selection and Procurement Assistance
    • Process equipment design and Selection.
    • Process inputs to other functional teams/contractors
    • Reviewing Piping, equipment layout drawings
    • Reviewing Equipment GA drawings and Vendor drawings.
    • Visit to sub-contractor sites for inspection
    • Preparing Process Functional description & Process Logic and participating in FAT
    • Commissioning & handover of plant
    • Co-ordinating with KSS global design centers located at USA, Australia/New Zealand & Brazil for design inputs
    • Develop database for vendors & contractors
    • The candidate is expected to handle small projects on their own and be responsible for all facets of engineering
    • The candidate shall also support the sales team during pre-order stage and visit customer as & when required
    • Assisting any of the KSS team globally for their ongoing projects


    Candidate Profile & Expectations:


    • Bachelor’s degree in chemical/dairy discipline
    • 2-3 years of experience working in Dairy EPC or engineering consultancy business
    • Prior experience of Process Engineering activities for Dairy projects on any of the following technologies:
    • Liquid Milk Processing
    • Powder Plant
    • Cheese / Paneer
    • Membrane Filtration Systems
    • CIP Systems
    • Fluent in English (verbal and written), fluency in any other local language shall help
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships.
    • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a small but growing organization
    • Openness for new ideas and methods
