Job Duties of Student Training Executive
- Prepare students for university, Visa and Airport Interviews via different channels like Face to face, master class, online, over the phone.
- Guide students for the interview as per the university requirements.
- Prepare the students as per the profile and explain them the logic.
- Prepare the students as per the allocation, interview officer is responsible for the student from University interview to visa interview.
- Follow up in university for interview schedule and feedback.
- Timely update the status of the allocated students in companys internal CRM.
Qualifications and Skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, which are crucial for interacting with students and global partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to efficiently manage schedules, documents, and presentations.
- Experience in client relationship management, ensuring a strong connection with students and stakeholders.
- Strong public speaking skills to deliver informative sessions and workshops.
