About the Role:

Workday Techno functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the hire-to-retire lifecycle in Workday: Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle from hiring to retirement within the Workday platform.
• Plan and lead cross-functional efforts to drive Workday product launches: Coordinate and lead efforts across various teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Continuously elevate the employee experience and optimize interactions with Workday: Focus on improving the user experience and efficiency of Workday interactions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience implementing or managing solutions in Workday: Extensive experience in handling Workday solutions.
• 6+ years’ experience configuring Workday HCM, with demonstrated technical experience: Proven expertise in configuring Workday Human Capital Management and integrating with multiple applications.
• 2+ years’ experience supporting other Workday products (Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Performance, Learning): Experience in supporting various Workday modules.

Required Skills:

Job summary:

Collaborative Solutions is seeking a Workday Consultant certified/experienced in Workday Benefits. In this role you will work with customers during all phases of deployment as well as post-production to assist with defining requirements, complete development, and deploy solutions. To start with, work will primarily focus on Benefits and is bound to expand into other HCM business process areas in future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Workday expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Independently manage work on multiple projects in various phases.
• Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and leverage expertise to provide recommendations and develop solutions

Duties and Tasks:

• Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements for post-production customers
• Coordinate with project teams to align development with customer design decisions.
• Provide status updates to the customer, project team, and management on a regular basis.
• Mentor other consultants and actively share product knowledge with others to grow our practice

Education and Experience Requirements:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Workday HCM Analyst to join our team. You will be the subject matter expert responsible for optimizing, enhancing, and maintaining our global Workday platform. You will act as the critical bridge between HR strategy and technical execution, ensuring our systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with our business needs. You will use your expertise in Workday Studio, BIRT, and EIBs to build new file feeds and troubleshoot existing ones, ensuring seamless data flow across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation, Talent, Benefits, etc.) to understand their business requirements. Translate those needs into effective Workday configurations and enhancements that improve processes and user experience.
• Proactively analyze Workday's biannual releases to identify valuable new features. You will lead the assessment and adoption of new functionality, helping to shape our HR technology roadmap.
• Manage and execute bulk data loads using Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) with a high degree of accuracy. Uphold strict data privacy standards and ensure system compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Works to understand functionality being rolled in Workday updates, and assists in determining what features and functionality would be helpful to adopt.

What You'll Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Workday Analyst, with deep expertise in HCM business process configuration and integrations.
• Proven mastery of Workday's integration toolset, including Workday Studio, BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools), and Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).
